By submitting a form through this website (e.g., contact forms, volunteer registration, service applications), you agree:

  • To voluntarily provide accurate information;

  • That internet-based communications carry inherent risks, and absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

1.4 Donations

  • Donations to Frontline Baddies Club are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant platforms.

  • We do not store credit card information directly on our servers.

  • All donations are final.

1.5 Communications & Consent

By submitting a form or donation, you consent to receive communications from us under Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL). You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the links provided.

1.6 Third-Party Services

Our website may link to or rely on third-party tools (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Google Forms). FBC is not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

1.7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

2. E-Commerce & Shop Terms

If you purchase products or services through the Frontline Baddies Club Shop:

2.1 Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes (GST/HST).

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing. Errors may be corrected without prior notice.

2.2 Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via PCI-compliant providers.

  • FBC does not store your payment details.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

2.3 Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Products will be shipped within the timeframe specified on the product page.

  • Shipping delays or third-party delivery issues are beyond our control.

  • Digital products are typically delivered via email or download link.

2.4 Refunds & Returns

  • All products, including donations, are non-refundable or returnable unless otherwise stated.

3. Liability Waiver

By using this site, participating in services, or making purchases, you acknowledge and agree:

  • That your use of the site is at your own risk;

  • That Frontline Baddies Club, including its staff, board, volunteers, and contractors, is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the site or reliance on its content;

Frontline Baddies Club (“FBC”) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

4.2 Public Chat Forms & Live Discussion Spaces (this includes our workshop/trainings spaces online or in person)

  • Any information you share in public chat forms, community forums, live Q&As, or event chats is considered non-confidential.

  • Any information you share in a public training, Q&A, conferences, or event workshops is considered non-confidential.

  • These platforms are viewable and accessible by other users and may be logged or archived for moderation or record-keeping purposes.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks of sharing identifiable or sensitive personal information in these spaces.

  • FBC is not responsible for how other users may interpret, share, or use the content you submit in public chat environments.

  • FBC is not responsible for how other users may interpret share, or use the content you share in public trainings/workshops, online trainings/workshops, or private trainings/workshops.

4.3 Data Security Limitations

  • While we take reasonable measures to protect your information (e.g., encryption, access controls), no online platform is fully secure.

  • You waive any liability claim against Frontline Baddies Club for unintentional data exposure or access by unauthorized parties where safeguards were reasonably in place.
